Alloy wheel dipping: How we refurbish your wheels

Alloy wheel dipping is a process where an alloy wheel is immersed in a chemical solution to remove the existing paint or coating. This process is commonly used to clean and refinish alloy wheels, particularly when the wheels have become damaged, discoloured, or corroded.

The dipping process involves submerging the wheel in a stripping solution, which dissolves the paint or coating. The wheel is then thoroughly cleaned to remove any remaining residue and may be sandblasted or polished to restore the original finish. The wheel can then be painted or powder coated to provide a new, durable finish.
